I have been working as a professional Landscape Gardener for 15 years and have always had a passion for the outdoors. It is in my blood - my father is a gardener in France and my Grandfather was a forestry worker. As a child I worked with them both, developing my knowledge and understanding of the environment. This formed the foundation of my commitment to working outdoors.
An opportunity arose for me to start up my own gardening business in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. I was taken under the wing of a family of gardeners/landscapers, who nurtured my interest in gardening. This helped to expand and deepen my knowledge, both theoretical and practical. We worked as a team on large projects, but each focused independently on regular clients’ landscaping. I managed a variety of gardens and worked as head gardener on one large country estate.
I feel that my attention to detail on both large and small projects, with my willingness to work hard, is what gives my clients’ gardens a unique style.
I listen to my clients’ needs and work in consultation with them to achieve their dream garden, whether it’s creating a brand new design or enhancing an existing one. I believe that a garden should be a place to unwind and relax, with an array of colour, textures and scents all around. I create gardens which are unique, and I particularly enjoy adding special touches.
